These are our terms and conditions. By making a booking with us or by travelling with us you hereby accept any all terms and conditions mentioned below:
GoTours LLC, PO Box 454487, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us" or "our") provides tours and transportation to passengers ("you" or "your") either itself or through its suppliers.
All bookings need to be made through our website. We do not accept bookings by telephone or through our Facebook page.
Receipts are issued only by our drivers during the trip because the receipt books are kept in the vehicles. We do not send receipts online and we do not issue receipts from our office.
Everyone should arrive 5-10 minutes before the departure time. The departure time of each trip is advertised on the website. We will leave with all those present at the departure point at the departure time. Anyone not present will miss the trip and lose any payment made subject to our cancellation policy.
Cancellations and Cancellation Fee
Cancelling your booking or changing the date is free if you give more than 24 hours notice.
If you change or amend your trip date with less than 24 hours notice, the late cancellation fee applies. The late cancellation fee is 50AED per person.
Failure to turn up at the departure point by the specified departure time will be classed as a No Show. The No Show fee is 100AED. The no show fee will also be charged if you turn up at the departure point but do not participate in the trip or if you cancel your trip less than 1 hour before the scheduled departure time.
All passengers must bring their passports. Any passenger without their passport will not be allowed to travel and will be treated as a cancellation subject to our cancellations policy.
Problems at the borders
Your booking with us is only for the transport service. We do not guarantee that your visa will be renewed at the border. Immigration rules for entering and exiting are issued by the government and subject to change at any time without notice. We are not responsible for problems you face at the borders financially, legally or in any other way. Our trips will leave from Dubai and return to Dubai as per our schedule. Tickets are non refundable and non-changeable.
Passengers should travel within the period of time provided to them by the UAE government on their visa. Passengers should be discouraged from overstaying. If you know you have an overstay fine please do not travel with us as you will delay our trip and our other respectable customers. If you are unsure if you have an overstay fine please ensure you bring enough cash to pay the fine. Overstay fines start from 340AED for a 1 day overstay and can be much more so please avoid this where possible.
We travel as a group and it is in our interests and our passengers for the trips to operate without delays. We will not delay our group more than twenty-five (25) minutes due to an individual within the group encountering a problem. This applies for all circumstances including; overstay fine processing, problems receiving an entry stamp, exit stamp or visa, customer enquiries/discussions with border staff.
We pride ourselves on our trip efficiency and smoothness and prefer not to take passengers who cause delays on our trips.
The trip will carry on without the individual and the individual will be offered the choice to stay and fix the problem and make their own way home, or be collected by us on the return journey and taken back to the drop-off location without fixing the problem. In both cases, the trip ticket shall be payable.
If for some reason we cancel a trip, a full refund will be provided.
It is the sole responsibility of the passenger to understand if they are permitted to travel on the journey with us. If an individual or individuals are prevented from continuing beyond a certain point for reasons including but not limited to; expired passport, visa blacklist, change in government regulations, person held by the authorities, missing documentation, the trip will continue on for the other passengers who dont have any problems and those individuals with problems will have to make arrangements to travel back to Dubai at their own expense. We will not provide a refund.
Accident or Loss
Please take care of all personal property. We will not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, direct or consequential loss, however caused, unless due to negligence by us, in which case our liability is limited (except for death or personal injury) for damages to a maximum of the refund of the ticket price.
Bookings made through our website are not confirmed until you have received a confirmation email from us. However we reserve the right to cancel bookings made online where we have become overbooked, if we are cancelling a trip or for reasons outside of our control. In such cases a full refund will be provided.
Who can travel
We do not take Indian, Pakistani or Philipino passport holders under any circumstances. Only those nationalities mentioned explicity on our list of Elligible Nationalities who are entitled to both Omani & Dubai visit visas on arrival will be allowed to travel.
We do not give Visa advice.
We do not process Visas for tourists.
Departure points and times
We endeavour to provide departure points and times for the service which are as accurate as possible. However, we reserve the right to vary such departure points and times without notice, as circumstances require.
Children are welcome to travel with us. You should bring your own child seat for children under 5 years old.
We do not give Visa Advice. Any information provided to you by us is only as a guide and to pass on the information we have received. We recommend customers seek advice from official sources in determining which rules and regulations apply to their particular case or cases.
